Pittsburgh's oldest African-American Theatre located at the University of Pittsburgh, was founded in 1974 by Artistic Director, Vernell A. Lillie. In addition to our main-stage season, Kuntu has a Touring Company that performs a variety of shows using drama, music and dance.
